We trust this message finds you well and thank you once again for all your donations to our past appeals in favour of disaster stricken Philippines. Was going to share about BFJ’s mission last 2 weeks but this appeal is more urgent.
We have personally distributed your kind donations to earthquake victims at BFJ’s various mission trips there. Please see below photo we took last week of earthquake victims in Bohol rendered homeless and still living in tents today. We were there in time for CFJ5 arrival and distribution of relief goods, food & bibles and spent time uplifting our brothers there.
Barely 3 weeks later, the world’s most powerful typhoon (333 km/hr) ever recorded to land the earth devastated the country leaving hundreds dead or unaccounted for, loss of property still too early to account. Only time will tell how many has perished in this monstrous storm but currently the death toll has been reported at 1200 and rising, expected number may escalate to 10,000! Food and water is scarce due to inaccessibility of many affected areas. Please see link below:

Buckets for Jesus is therefore jumpstarting CFJ7 and appeal to you to help us fill it up before we leave for mission in 2 weeks, with much needed relief goods such as clothes, blankets, canned food, dry noodles, high nutrient biscuits, medical supplies, hygiene supplies, tents and even portable generators. You are also welcomed to join us on mission and help us help the helpless.
